Hero MotoCorp has set the stage for the launch of its much-anticipated Karizma XMR Combat Edition, teasing the bike on its official social media platforms. The motorcycle, which was first showcased at EICMA 2024, is expected to hit the market soon, promising a more aggressive and feature-rich iteration of the standard Karizma XMR.
The Combat Edition distinguishes itself with a striking new grey paint scheme complemented by vibrant yellow accents, giving it a more dynamic and premium appeal. Adding to its visual allure are the golden-colored USD (Upside Down) front forks, a significant upgrade over the conventional units found on the standard model. Hero MotoCorp has also upped the ante by equipping the Combat Edition with a modern TFT screen, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics.
While the Combat Edition retains the core design elements of the standard Karizma XMR, including the signature center-set twin projector LED headlight, sharp angular body panels, and rider-friendly ergonomics, it stands out with its exclusive color scheme and upgraded components. The brakes, wheels, and tyres, however, remain unchanged, carried over from the base model.
Under the hood, the Karizma XMR Combat Edition continues to draw power from the same 210cc liquid-cooled engine, delivering a robust 25bhp and 20Nm of peak torque. The six-speed gearbox also remains unchanged, ensuring a familiar yet thrilling riding experience.
Pricing for the standard Karizma XMR currently stands at Rs. 1.81 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). Given the Combat Edition’s additional hardware and features, it is expected to command a premium over the base model.
With its bold new styling, enhanced features, and the promise of Hero MotoCorp’s trusted performance, the Karizma XMR Combat Edition is poised to make a strong statement in the sporty commuter segment. Stay tuned for more updates as Hero prepares to unleash this exciting new variant.
