Royal Enfield has once again been spotted testing the Himalayan 750 in India, following its earlier sightings in Europe. This upcoming model is designed with a larger twin-cylinder engine, differentiating it from the smaller Himalayan 450 while maintaining similar styling cues.
The Himalayan 750 will feature a distinctive new fairing, an upswept exhaust, and a twin disc brake setup at the front. It is expected to be powered by a robust 750cc engine that will deliver more power and torque than the existing 648cc unit, which currently produces 47hp and 52Nm of torque. This engine is anticipated to debut not only in the Himalayan but also in the next-generation Interceptor and Continental GT models.
In terms of design, the bike showcases a bulkier fuel tank and a sleek tail section reminiscent of the Himalayan 450. It retains the round LED headlight seen on other Royal Enfield models and integrates the tail light with turn signals for a cleaner look. The Himalayan 750 will roll on a 19-inch front wheel and a 17-inch rear wheel, both wire-spoked, supported by an inverted fork at the front and a monoshock suspension at the rear—marking it as Royal Enfield’s first twin-cylinder model to feature this setup.
Additional features expected include dual-channel ABS, traction control, and riding modes for enhanced performance. The test mule appears close to production readiness, with a potential launch slated for late 2025. Pricing is anticipated to start around ₹4 lakh, positioning it competitively within the adventure touring segment.
